On Friday, May 18th, the Kellogg Alumni Club of London is hosting a panel of alumni in Leadership to discuss key topics related to gender and career advancement, specifically the role of women in business. 

"Alumna 2 Alumna" is an extension of the inaugural Kellogg Global Women’s Summit and the relaunch of a number of Women's Leadership events.

Josephine Villegas - Executive Marketing Director for EMEA, 20th Century Fox

Josephine has over 20 years of experience in the entertainment and consumer brands industry. She is Executive Marketing Director at Twentieth Century Fox, where she is responsible for the marketing strategy for the theatrical release of all films in the EMEA region. Prior to the entertainment industry, she built a proven track record in managing global consumer brands, having worked at Britvic Soft Drinks, Diageo, and Pillsbury Foods.

Josephine holds a Bachelor degree from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University.

Wendy Yanowitch Feher - Business Development & Client Director, London Business School

Wendy is Client Director for Executive Education at LBS, where she develops relationships with corporate clients who seek customised learning programmes. Her clients represent a range of sectors, including financial services, oil and gas, mining and chemicals, particularly those headquartered in Europe and the UK. Clients include Johnson Matthey, Clariant, Lufthansa, Porsche Holding, Rio Tinto and Santander.

Throughout her career, Wendy has worked in a range of industries focused on traditional and new media, including companies such as USA Today, Yahoo!, and Sheraton USA.

Wendy is a graduate of Brandeis University and has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Leah Ralph - Managing Director and Partner at L.E.K. Consulting

Leah Ralph is a Managing Director and Partner in L.E.K.’s London office. She specializes in L.E.K.’s life sciences practice and advises clients on a range of critical strategic issues. She has worked on a diverse set of consulting projects across the biotech, pharmaceutical, diagnostic and medical device industries. Leah has extensive experience providing strategic advice to life sciences companies across a range of development and commercialization issues. Her project experience has included corporate strategy, portfolio planning and optimization, and transaction support.

Leah holds a Bachelor degree in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from Wesleyan University. She received her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
