Emma Cherniavsky (Brown ‘93) is the founding CEO of UK for the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR). In this role, she leads all UK private sector and fundraising activities in support for international humanitarian relief for displaced people. Emma has more than 20 years of experience in fundraising and senior management in the non profit sector and in politics, including significant roles at the International Crisis Group, Human Rights Watch and the Liberal Democrats.
